Homestay

Homestay is perfect for students who want to stay with local people and immerse themselves in the English culture. Students are welcomed into the family and encouraged to settle into their ‘home away from home’. Students can be placed in a single or twin room and share the other living areas with the hosts who range from singles or couples to families and young professionals.

We also have specially selected DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked hosts who are experienced in hosting juniors and younger students – perfect for our young adult students and groups!

  • Available to students aged 12+
  • Any students under 16 years old – maximum stay of 21 nights
  • Homestay accommodation is available all year subject to availability

There are two options when staying with a host family in Liverpool:

  • Half Board – Breakfast and dinner included (Monday–Saturday, with lunch on Sundays)
  • Full Board – Breakfast, packed lunch and dinner (Monday–Sunday)

Most of our host families live in the suburbs of Liverpool, not in the city centre, so students must be prepared to travel for approximately 20-45 minutes to and from school via public transport.
